It is off the beaten path, up a dirt road and can be accessed on 3 sides by road. The cul de sac up to the east is the highest area at close to 8900 ft in elevation. The low point is in an arroyo at about 8450 ft in elevation. From the western cul de sac, there is a nice flat area at just over 8500 ft. This isn't your average mountain property with plenty of trees and plenty of privacy. The road after K.5 is rather primitive; 4 wheel drive is strongly recommended. No build time requirements.

Direction turn left at the Conoco gas station. Once you leave town this road is called P6. Follow for 2.5 miles until you come to a 4-way stop. Turn right on Rd. 21 and follow for about 3.15 miles. Turn a slight left onto County Rd K.5. Drive about 1.75 and take the dirt road just past the white water tank. Road becomes more primitive. The property begins when the road T's at about 2.35 mi. The property goes both directions, the longest side is to the left and goes beyond the end of the cul de sac.
